The Birmingham Octagonal Schoolhouse was built in 1819 on the grounds of the Birmingham Friends Meetinghouse. This historic Quaker meeting house is in Chester County, Pennsylvania. It was built 1763. The meeting house and grounds were near the center of fighting on September 11, 1777 at the Battle of Brandywine.
The original pencil drawing was reproduced on acid free 100% Bristol Velum fine art paper.
